Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of refinedskn.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Refined Skincare (“Refined”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Pricing & payment

All prices on this site are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Your card details are entered directly into our payment partner's secure fields and are encrypted in your browser. They never reach Refined's servers, and we never see or store your full card number. We keep only what we need to recognise a payment: the card brand, the last four digits, and its expiry.

If your card is issued outside the United States your bank may apply a conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee. Those are set by your bank, not by us.

The Atelier membership

The Atelier is a paid membership that renews automatically until you cancel it. When you join, you authorise us to charge the card you joined with $19.99 every month, or $199.90 every year, depending on the cycle you choose. The first charge is taken when you join, and each renewal is taken on the same card at the start of each new period, at the same amount, without further action from you.

You can cancel at any time from your account, in one action. Your membership then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and your member price and early access stay yours until it ends. We do not refund the period already paid. We will not switch your billing cycle underneath you mid-period.

If a renewal payment fails we will try again a few times over the following two weeks. If it still has not gone through, the membership ends and you are not charged again. We will not keep retrying a card indefinitely.

Memberships are card-only. We can accept a US-issued Visa, Mastercard or Discover; we cannot accept American Express for a membership, because renewals run without a security code and those are declined. Membership pricing may change, but a change will only ever apply from your next renewal and never mid-period, and the price you are paying is always shown on your account page. Member benefits apply to your own orders and are not transferable.

Shipping & returns

Delivery times, return eligibility, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Use of our products

Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Nothing on this Site is medical advice. Always review the ingredient list and follow the usage guidance provided. If you have a known allergy or a skin condition, consult a qualified professional before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it. Content on the Site — including text, images, and branding — is owned by Refined or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refined is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights in your country or state of residence.
