The program

Refined Skincare Textsis the text-message program run by Refined Skincare (“we”, “us”) at refinedskn.com. If you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Refined Skincare about our own skincare: offers, new products and restocks.

How to opt in

You opt in by ticking the text-message checkbox at checkout, or by entering your mobile number and ticking the same checkbox on our sign-up page. The checkbox is never pre-ticked — nothing is sent unless you tick it yourself.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can place an order without opting in, and opting in does not change your order in any way.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — any charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan; we do not charge for texts.

How to cancel

Reply STOP to any text at any time to cancel. CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE work too. You will receive one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages from this program. To rejoin later, opt in again the same way.

Reply HELP to any text for help, or email us at support@refinedskn.com. Our care team replies Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (ET), within two business days.

Carriers and eligibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available to US mobile numbers only.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
